Privacy Policy

Invisible Robot is the business name of Lambda Automation Inc., a British Columbia company based in Vancouver. This policy says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, company, phone number and the answers in our message form, plus anything you write to us by email, phone or text.
- What we need to do work for you: contacts at your company, project details, and billing details.
- Clicks on links in our emails. If you open one of our emails or click a link in it, we record that. We use one cookie to connect that click to your visit. We do not track anyone else who visits this site.
How we use it
- To answer you, do the work you hired us for, and send invoices.
- To contact you about that work by email, phone or text message.
- To send business email about our services. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or trade it. We do not share or sell personal information, including phone numbers, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation.
Text messages (SMS)
We text clients and contacts who give us their mobile number and agree to get texts from us. You can agree in person, by phone, by email, in a contract, or by texting us first. We text about your project, scheduling, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts.
- How often: it varies with your project. Usually a few texts a week at most.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. We will confirm, and send nothing more.
- Reply HELP for help, or call 604 757 3970.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This includes your phone number and your agreement to get texts.
Who else handles it
A few companies run services for us and handle your information only to do that job:
- Zoom, for our phone calls and text messages.
- Amazon Web Services, for email and hosting.
- Cloudflare, for the spam check on our message form.
- Google, for email.
We share information with others only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep it while we work with you, and after that as long as tax and business law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner where the law allows.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Write to info@invisiblerobot.ai or call 604 757 3970. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and Canada's anti-spam law.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
